Clip In Hair Extensions:
Endless Extensions gladly accepts exchange within 7 days for wrong colour choice as long as the hair has not been used and the hair is in original condition. Customer will need to pay for postage to return the hair to us and also pay postage to receive exchanged goods. Before sending hair for exchange you must click on orders and returns fill out the form and we will contact you and email your approval. After our approval you may return the hair for exchange. You must also send an empty Express Bag to with your return item.
We don't accept refunds for change of mind.
Endless Lashes:
Due to the nature of our product and for sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns and exchanges at this time.
All sales are final.
Cancellations: Order cancellations requests can be done by contacting our support team with the email provided below.
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped yet.
All stock items are posted same day when order placed before 2pm.
When you place an order you will receive an immediate notification that your order has been processed. In the event that this notification is not received please email: info@endlessextensions.com.au also, if you desire changing your current order or shipping address you must contact us immediately.
We try to ensure that a large range of stock is kept on hand. In the event that we are out of a particular product you have selected, you will be contacted with the expected estimated time of arrival and your purchase will be placed on back order.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated or the product is exempt.
